Our History
KLE was founded in 2009 on the premise that there must be a more efficient way to rapidly develop manufacturing systems for new products & emerging technologies where formal functional specifications are limited or non-existent – precisely because the underlying technology is brand new.
Fast forward 10 years and our customer base has expanded to include companies large + small in the semiconductor, energy storage, alternative energy, telecommunications, aerospace, consumer electronics, transportation, and custom machine builder industries.
Along with our customer base, our fabrication & integration capabilities have expanded to include 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Machining, abrasive waterjet cutting, Polyjet 3D printing, welding, and various metal forming operations.

It is our mission to provide innovative, timely, cost-effective solutions to your most pressing fabrication & manufacturing challenges.
Facility
We currently occupy an ~12,000 sf facility in Morgan Hill, CA . This footprint allows us to efficiently execute on projects ranging from individual machined components through large welded structures weighing several tons – and everything in between.
